I was at work yesterday when my boss alerted me that someone was running by the office with a torch. He suggested that I may want to grab my camera, jump in my car and go see if I go get a picture of him. I had no trouble doing that and here is the result.
I had no idea who he was so I did some research and this is what I found. It seems there is a whole movement under the UINESCO umbrella to promote World Harmony. Imagine! It sounds like John Lennon never left.
