Portland Headlight

Today I took advantage of what has become a rare sunny day.  I took time off from my Uber/Lyft driving and snuck off to Fort Williams in Scarborough to see if I could take some long exposure shots of Portland Headlight.  These were my results.  Shots of this type require a neutral density filter which would allow me to take shots at lease 30 seconds long.  The shot seen here was only 4 seconds at f/22.  That was as long a time period  as I could expose without being seriously overexposed. This leads me to believe that I have a problem with my variable neutral density filter.  I will have to try again with some gelatin ND filters.
