Road Taken

The other day I made a call on one of my customers, Watson’s Funerals in Cornish, Maine. On completing my business I told I has to go to Standish, Maine which according to my GPS would take about an hour. He suggested I take Route 5 which would be much shorter.
So I started out on Route 5. It was a beautiful day and the fall foliage was beautiful. A few miles down the road I came to a scenic turnout with a sign indicating that the turnout by a couple whose name I don’t remember. But it was overlooking Lake Sokokis in Limerick, Maine and this is the view that I saw.
